My office is located at The Haven on the Hill, 4302 South FM 565, Baytown, TX 77523. My location is convenient for in-person therapy appointments for those living in Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Chambers County, and the greater Houston area.

Online therapy is easy and convenient. We schedule your appointment on a day and time that work for you. Prior to your appointment, you receive a link to join.
Online sessions are provided on a secure online platform through SimplePractice, which you can access from your favorite internet browser or by downloading the SimplePractice app. You will need a good internet connection and a quiet, confidential spot to talk.

I do not work with insurance companies. Health Savings Accounts can be used to pay for therapy.
My session rate ranges from $45 - $180. My fees are determined by several factors including whether the session is online or in-person, the length of your session (30, 50, or 60 minutes), and the type of session (individual, couple, family, or group).
Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and options.

A free consultation is your opportunity to briefly chat with me to see if you think I may be a good fit to be your therapist. You can ask me any questions you may have.
If you don’t have any questions, that’s ok, too. It’s still a good idea to have a consult before you schedule your first appointment so I can get to know you a bit and let you know what you can expect when working with me.
Consultations can be in-person, online, phone call, or through text. There is never any pressure from me to schedule. This is also the best time to get clarity on your needs and the options available for care, including the exact fee for the type of therapy you’re looking for.
If we both determine we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first appointment. If we decide we’re not a good fit, I’m happy to help you get connected with another therapist who better meets your needs.

Although I don’t specifically specialize in couples’ counseling, I have experience working with couples, both married and unmarried. I’ve helped couples navigate grief and loss, grow through transition periods in their relationship, and heal together after trauma.
I especially enjoy working with couples who have tried therapy before and didn’t have a good experience but want to try again.
-
Yes. Although I specialize in working with adults, I do have experience working with children and teens. My strengths with children involve helping them navigate grief and loss, including support after experiencing a traumatic loss. My strengths with teens involve teaching strategies to cope with anxiety and worry, as well as support in times of grief, loss or transition. I especially enjoy working with parents to teach them how to best support their children and teens.

Yes. I currently hold one group each Spring and Summer at Haven’s Hollow, onsite at The Haven on the Hill. My group is specifically for overwhelmed, exhausted and anxious women who need support, connection and are longing for more peace in their day-to-day.
This group meets one night each week for 6 weeks. Please reach out for a free consultation if you’d like more information or are interested in registering for the next group.
