Hi, I’m Rebecca.

I help overwhelmed men and women understand what they’re feeling, process what they’ve been carrying, and find a steadier way forward.

Life can feel overwhelming—not because you’re doing something wrong, but because you’re paying attention!

Sometimes you’re just in a tough stage of life, experiencing a change, a loss, or a big transition; sometimes you find yourself forced to deal with the past, including hurt or pain you’d rather not examine; and sometimes the stress of life just simply becomes too much.

In our work together, we’ll figure out why you feel overwhelmed, untangle any patterns that are keeping you stuck, and work together to forge a path forward that helps you feel less overwhelmed and more at peace.

Specializing in helping men & women decrease overwhelm, increase clarity & experience more peace.

Support Made Simple.

Schedule a free consultation.

We’ll chat for 15-20 minutes, and you’ll have the chance to get all your questions answered. I’ll ask you a bit about what you’re looking for and share how I think I can help. I never pressure anyone to schedule, so if after our visit, you don’t feel we’re a good fit, that’s ok. I’ll even help you find a right fit therapist if you’d like.

Start talking. Feel better.

If you decide to work with me, we’ll schedule your first session at a day and time that’s convenient for you. I offer in-person sessions in Baytown, TX and online sessions throughout the states of Texas and Tennessee. I’ll send you a link to complete a few forms before we meet.

Grow, Heal, Move Forward.

We’ll decide together how often we meet and we’ll reassess your progress routinely. Therapy can be a regular practice, or it can also be for a season or specific situation. My goal is to give you the support you need when you need it and for as long as you need it.

In-person and online sessions to fit your needs.

In-person therapy

Offered at The Haven on the Hill in Baytown, Texas, convenient to Mont Belvieu, all of Chambers County, and the greater Houston area.

We meet in person in my comfortable office space, perfect for those men and women who prefer the traditional therapy experience.

Online therapy

Offered through a secure online connection for all residents of Texas and Tennessee.

We meet face-to-face virtually, a great alternative for those who need the flexibility and convenience of online therapy or for those who aren’t within driving distance of my office.

Both options offer the same benefits, and current research shows each to be similarly effective, so choose what works best for you.

You don’t have to keep feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, stuck, or uncertain. It’s possible to understand your emotions, feel steadier, and move forward with clarity, not confusion. Let’s start now.
